Reading the label

Every product lists its total cannabinoid in milligrams and the bottle volume. Divide the milligrams by the volume in millilitres for the per-millilitre strength shown on each product page.

Taking a sublingual oil

Give the bottle a shake. Use the dropper to place your measured amount under the tongue, hold it for about 60 seconds, then swallow.

Storage
